Anti Ragging Committees
Objectives
- Prevention of ragging in and outside of the institution
- To take action as per the procedure set forth by UGC and AICTE.
- Popularizing the anti-ragging measure taken, ease of approach for the victim.
Scope and Cadence
- All activities related to the prevention and incidence of ragging.
- Thrice a year.
Process
- Regular Scheduled and ad-hoc meetings with MOM.
- Prevention Action Plan.
- Incident complaint mechanism, Action Taking Procedure and Awareness.

The Committee will look into the following
- Prevention of ragging in and outside of the institution.
- To take action as per the procedure set forth by UGC and AICTE.
- The anti-ragging measures - conducting meetings with local police station.
- To frame the Anti ragging Squad and their duty timings.
